Merry Christmas - 21 Weeks!

Merry Christmas!! What a special Christmas this is... Danielle and Adam got engaged last night after Adam surprised her by flying in from BC and popping into the house as we were prepping for a Tri-Tip BBQ! So great! After dinner, the two love birds flew down to the Harbor View Inn where Adam had a miniature tree with presents under it. In one of those presents was.... THE RING! Danielle couldn't wait to get back to our house to show us and celebrate. Mom and Dad were already in the PJs back at their place but quickly dressed and came back up to toast the newly-hitched with some bubbly.

Today, Christmas Eve, Lauren hit the 21 week mark and she is growing! Everyone has said she looks bigger today than even on Friday! Da Boys are happy and kicking much more and that makes us all really, really happy. What an incredible gift! Merry Christmas!!

Week 19 - 1/2

Almost 5 months! We are over half way there! That is incredible and makes me realize that we still have a lot of stuff to do around the house to get ready for these two little guys.

The boys are definitely active too! We can feel them kick most mornings which is the coolest thing ever.

Sleep is the name of the game these days too. We can't seem to get enough of it... ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Week 18 - The week of the giant west swell

We skipped week 17...
Week 18 is definately the first week that we've seen some noticeable changes. We aren't the only ones either.... Lauren is asked everyday now when she's due!
Lauren also had what could be her last surf of the pregnancy yesterday. She couldn't miss The Swell of the Winter!

Week 16-1/2

With little to show for all the excitement, we were a little late this week in taking a shot. Little to show but the start of a very important month. We are told that we should see much more growth in the next couple of weeks and may even feel the Boys kicking..!!

Week 14 - Here we go!

Here's the first of many weeks worth of entries and photos to document what is sure to be the craziest transformation of Lauren that we can imagine. Will it really be like some of the photos of other girls with twins that we've seen? Will Lauren's belly really stretch that much? Are we actually having twins??!!! This is amazing!
